Welcome to SellMate. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SellMate is a platform that helps Facebook sellers manage their Messenger inbox, product catalog, orders, and customer communications using AI-powered tools. The service includes Messenger management, order tracking, courier integration, automated calls, and analytics.

2. Account

  • You must have a Facebook account to use SellMate
  • You must be an admin of any Facebook Page you connect
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information, products, and pricing
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One account per business entity

3. Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan: Up to 50 AI-generated messages per calendar month
  • Starter Plan: Up to 500 AI-generated messages and 10 call minutes per month
  • Business Plan: Up to 1,500 AI-generated messages and 30 call minutes per month
  • Pro Plan: Up to 4,000 AI-generated messages and 80 call minutes per month, priority support
  • Call minutes are billed separately and must be topped up by an admin
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SellMate to:

  • Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate another business or person
  • Harass or harm customers
  • Violate Facebook’s terms of service or community standards
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Reverse engineer or abuse the API

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • SellMate uses Google Gemini AI to generate replies to customer messages
  • AI replies are based on your product catalog, store settings, and conversation context
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy
  • You can edit your AI instructions at any time in Settings
  • You can pause AI replies at any time and take over conversations manually
  • SellMate is not liable for incorrect or inappropriate AI-generated responses

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of SellMate is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share customer data (names, phone numbers, addresses) with SellMate for order processing purposes.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Facebook, Google, courier partners)
  • We may temporarily suspend service for security incidents or emergency maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

  • The SellMate platform, branding, and code are our intellectual property
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload (products, images, store information)
  • Landing pages you create belong to you — you can export or delete them anytime

9. Termination

  • You can close your account at any time by requesting data deletion
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Data Deletion Policy
  • Outstanding charges are due upon termination

10. Limitation of Liability

SellMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost sales, customer disputes, courier failures, or AI-generated content errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SellMate after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
